Anna joined the YWCA Helena Board in August 2025 and is honored to serve alongside others advancing the mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote dignity and justice for all.
Born in Poland, Anna moved to Helena in 2001 and became a U.S. citizen in Missoula. She sees herself between two worlds; a duality which has shaped her empathy and perspective.
Anna is the founder and CEO of Adroit Employment Resources and A2Z Staffing Solutions—Montana-based, nationally certified, woman-owned firms focused on executive search, recruiting, staffing, HR consulting, online education courses, and payroll solutions. She is a scholar of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, 2014 National Cohort 2 at Babson College.
Much like the YWCA’s mission, her life’s work has been about bridging gaps—between identities, opportunities, and lived experiences—so that everyone, no matter where they come from, can feel safe, they belong, are seen, and are empowered to thrive.
Anna and her husband Paul are proud parents of two daughters. As a nearly 20-year member of Soroptimist International of Helena, a TEDxBillings speaker, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit and investment in human potential earned her YWCA Helena’s Woman of the Year (2017). When not working, she enjoys skiing, kayaking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
