Pregnancy is typically a time of great joy. Loved ones gathering around, friends hosting a baby shower, and the mother-to-be preparing the nest for baby’s arrival. Amongst the invisible homeless population reside a growing number of pregnant women. Thankfully, she has caring individuals, like you, who help the YWCA Helena provide a safe space for her to take care of herself and change the trajectory of her life and the life of her baby.
How to Help
By offering monetary support, product donations, or volunteering time, you help contribute to providing a safe and nurturing environment for expectant mothers. By extending compassion you restore her dignity, and by supporting the mission of the Y, you ensure equal access to essential health services.
Host a
Donation Drive
Do you work for a state agency or place of business and want to help but aren’t sure how? Is your membership organization or church considering donating items, but not sure what to give? Consider being a host site for a donation drive. We will supply the receptacles if you help promote the one-day or week-long drive for high demand items.
