Joelle joined the YWCA Helena Board in January 2026, bringing more than 20 years of clinical social work experience and a deep commitment to supporting women and families. Driven by a strong passion for advocacy and empowerment she has worked with several women-serving organizations. Joelle served as YWCA Helena’s Clinical Director from 2023 to 2025, providing leadership and direct service in alignment with the organization’s mission.
Joelle is excited to continue serving YWCA Helena in a new capacity and offers the unique perspective of a former team member holding strong institutional understanding and dedication to the organization’s values.
A lifelong Helena resident, Joelle is grateful to call the community her home. She and her husband, Garth, raised two sons and enjoy staying active together. In her free time, Joelle can often be found bowling with her husband, hiking with their twin Labradors, or spending her Saturdays at Washington-Grizzly Stadium.
