Thank you to our friends in Helena for bridging the gap during the federal government shutdown and subsequent loss of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
We are blessed to live amongst compassionate and generous humans. Your help during this time not only helps immediate needs, it also strengthens the spirit of solidarity and care within our community.
Thanks to the generous support of private individuals, the congregation at St Peter’s Episcopal Cathedral and friends of the Holter Museum of Art, we can maintain access to food for the women and children who call the YWCA Helena home.
In addition to perishable and non-perishable food items, individual donors delivered store-bought pizza, burritos, and other amazing goodies. While others made homemade casseroles, stews, pasta dishes, and more.
Thank you to our community for believing no one should go hungry.
